![Revealing and Reinterpreting 'Making Music in Manchester during WW1' <br/><br/>The project aimed to reveal and reinterpret some of the research into WW1 stories held in the archives of the Royal Northern College of Music (project lead), the Hall Concerts Society and the Henry Watson Music Library. The themes that the project explored in research and workshops include how the war changed repertoire and music making, how the war affected musicians as well as students and teachers, and how the war affected gender representation in music making.
